- Car was running rich and could smell fuel, scanned found 2 lean, 2 rich and 1/1 o2 sensor was low reading, moinitered sensors and found both upstream o2 sensors were dead 0.06 volts and did not move, replaced both upstream o2 sensors and now they read right and jeep actually idles and runs good, took on 10 mile and runs great and no more fuel smell either..
